With our efficient management system, you will receive your report within the day of inventory check completion and we also do schedule of condition, mid-term inspections, check-in and check-outs.

We include the below in our report:

  • A general description of the condition of the exterior including garden (front and rear) and any facilities, e.g. garden furniture, a shed or a garage.

  • Whether electrical appliances, bathroom fixtures and lights are working.

  • The result of a legally required smoke and CO alarm tests.

  • Gas and electricity meter readings - with photographs.

  • Details of all the keys supplied to the tenant.

You can book on our Calendly website (link below) and input all the details, and we will contact you to discuss how to do the inventory check the day before you booked it.

 

We can only do the check if the property is in the condition in which the tenant will move into.

We charge a fee of £60 per property for a standard unfurnished two bedroom. Prices vary from there based on bedroom sizes and whether it is furnished or not.

​

It is £15 extra for furnished and £10 extra per bedroom starting from three bedroom.
